Verity Waite and her team have over 12 years experience between them in professional hair and makeup and through Verity's personal passion for Vintage styling The Vanity Box evolved. With previous clients such as Dianne Von Furstenburg for Claridges, Hairspray the musical at The Shaftesbury Theatre and Saint Hill Couture catwalk shows.

The Vanity Box has also primped and prepped Retro Goddesses in personal appointments, at vintage events such as Rockabilly Rave, Rhythm Riot and Rockin Race Jambouree in Malaga,Spain.

The Vanity Box can create a vintage look from 1920s Silent Movie Vamps all the way through to 1970s Punk and Disco Divas.

The Vanity Box team have particular expertise in 1940s and 1950s looks and have incorporated them into their own lifestyles, they live and breathe this period so you can be confident of an authentic, beautiful finished look. The Vanity Box can be found at Retro gatherings and fairs where their pop up salon can provide hair and make up services as well as class style tutorials with practical tips and tricks to use at home with easy to find products.

The Vanity Box can also by request; work in partnership with retro/vintage accessory and clothing companies to bring a full make over experience to your event.
